BOOTH TYPES
Linear Booth Displays
Linear booths — also called in-line booths — are the most accessible entry point into trade show exhibiting. Configured as 10′ wide with varying lengths, they’re a versatile choice for exhibitors of every size and budget.
Overview
What Makes Linear Booth Displays Different
Linear booths are configured as 10′ wide by varying lengths — such as 10′ x 10′, 10′ x 20′, or 10′ x 30′. They sit along a straight aisle with neighboring exhibitors on either side, meaning the back wall is your primary canvas for branding, messaging, and product display.
The most common configuration is a 10′ x 20′, offering enough space for a strong back wall, product demo area, and small meeting or lead-capture zone. A 10′ x 10′ booth is typically considered very small — usually associated with limited budgets and restricted in overall design scope and presentation capabilities.
The right linear booth strikes a balance between smart use of vertical space, engaging graphics, and a layout that keeps attendees moving through your story.
SIZES
Configuration Options
10' x 10'
(Entry Level)
The smallest standard configuration. Typically tied to limited budgets, with restricted design scope and presentation capabilities. Best for first-time exhibitors and lean marketing tests.
10' x 20'
(Most Common)
The workhorse of linear booths. Double the space of a 10' x 10' unlocks a stronger back wall, dedicated demo zone, and small meeting area — without a large-booth budget.
10' x 30'
(Expanded Linear)
Maximum footprint in the linear category. Room for multiple product stations, a private meeting space, and a strong architectural back wall that dominates the aisle.
