Display Regulations
IWF’s display rules allow full “cubic content” up to 8’3″ (2.5m) high within your booth space. Key requirements include:
- Side/back walls taller than 36″ must be finished on both sides (no exposed framing)
- Graphics/signs should face into your booth; any facing a neighbor must have a finished backside
- Hanging signs are only permitted in islands or larger peninsulas (≥600 sq. ft.)
- All booth designs must be submitted for approval in advance of build
